The Play Gym sessions are for 2-5 year olds. They encourage children to explore their bodies capabilities through play, using basic movement patterns and multi-sensory activities that stimulate mind and body.

Sessions are designed to let children experiment with various locomotion skills like running, climbing, sliding, crawling, skipping, leaping plus to try things such as swinging, bouncing, catching and throwing.

Parents/caregivers must be actively involved in these sessions.
