Every day the children can choose from a range of activities to take part in. We play
 active participation games, board games, have free time and lots of fun   

Monday 5th          Mask Madness         

Make an amazing mask - Prizes for the most creative. Board games and card games. Free time in the gym to play on all of the equipment.

Tuesday 6th   Yummy chocolate

Chocolate treats we will make and eat. Gift boxes to put your chocolate greats in. Gymnastic Circuits - learn new skills or just have fun.

Wednesday 7th               Multi Sports Day

Make a team, choose a name, create a banner and play a variety of different adapted sports games. In the afternoon we will build forts in the gym using all the space and equipment.

Thursday 8th Are you prepared ?

learn how you can be prepared for an emergency. Basic First Aid. Finger puppets.

Friday 9th Big day out

Lets catch a train to Sylvia Park and go to the movies

Bring your pop corn and treats for our trip to the movies, we will be watching a G rated film (general—suitable for all ages).  
 

Things to Bring with you:

• Lunch and snacks to last the day.
• A named drink bottle
• Medication if any.
• Hats, sunscreen, spare clothes
• A smile and sense of humor

If booked before the Monday 28th June

• $20 for on site days
• $30 for Friday
• or $105 for the week

If booked after the 12th January it's

• $25 for on site days
• $35 for Fri
• or $125 for the week.

About us

GymCity provides fun, organized , safe and good quality programmes. All staff are police checked and there is always a minimum of one qualified first aider on site. Our staff to child ratios on site are 1:10, off site 1:6. Copies of our policies and procedures are available in the office should you wish to view them and a copy of the complaints procedure can be found on the notice board. The holiday programme is open to all children.

Hours:

The holiday programme operates between the hours of 8.30am and 3pm. There is a charge of $2 per 15minutes (or part there of) for children dropped off earlier than 8.30am or picked up after 3pm.

Enrolments:

A 2010 enrolment form must be filled out and can be picked up from the office or you can e-mail GymCity for an enrolment form There are a limited amount of spaces per day, so be quick to enrol.

Payments:

No enrolments will be accepted without full payment. Cheques can be made payable to GymCity, Papatoetoe. Payments can be dropped off with enrolments into the fees box or posted to 36 Royston street, Papakura

WINZ:

If you are seeking WINZ assistance, pick up a form from the office. There is a $50 deposit required when booking your child, which is refundable once we have received your WINZ funding. Ask at the office for more information or your case worker.

Refunds:

Refunds of the holiday programme fees will only be considered if the club is notified at least three working days prior to the day's attending. In cases where medical circumstances prohibit a child from attending the manager must be notified before the programme commences and a copy of a medical certificate must be supplied prior to the refund occurring. All refunds will incur an admin fee.

Excursions:

The Big Day Out

We will catch a train to Sylvia Park and then go to the Movies on the mall. Adults who would like to join us on the train and go to the movies need to talk to Rowena, the manager.

No popcorn will be purchased at the cinema so please send your own treats for your child
